As a development of Four Seasons, Columbus Indiana’s premier Life Plan Continuing Care Community, Athens Crossing offers greater personal security and peace of mind with a fully accredited continuum of health care provided by Four Seasons.
Our comprehensive range of supportive care is designed to meet your needs throughout the many stages of life. Athens Crossing residents have priority access to all Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Rehabilitation services at Four Seasons. No additional arrangements need to be made in order to receive a wide variety of services designed to help maintain the most independence possible.
Assisted living
Personalized service plans developed to meet individual needs and monitored by administrative staff assure that there is an excellent continuity of care. Nursing staff can even administer medications and/or treatments on a daily basis, coordinating all medications with pharmacists and physicians.
Some of the services available in Four Seasons Assisted Living include:
- Medication management and administration
- Minor treatments or other nursing services
- Assistance with bathing and shampooing
- Assistance with grooming and dressing
- Extra daily housekeeping services such as making beds, personal laundry, and tidying the apartment
- Reminder services and mobility assistance to and from meals and activities
Health & rehabilitation
The Medicare-certified Health and Rehabilitation Center at Four Seasons plays an important role in the continuum of care. Whether for a short-term stay to recover from surgery or an illness or for long-term skilled nursing, residents will receive the finest possible care in a comfortable, residential-style atmosphere.
At Four Seasons, you can be assured of an immaculate, quiet residence. Residents can enjoy a large aviary, as well as spacious accommodations throughout the Health Center. To enhance and maintain the highest quality of life for each resident, we offer recreational activities and social programs. Naturally, we also welcome the family members of residents any time to visit, dine with us, and participate in activities.
